From the moment you walk in, you know that this is not your average orthodontist. The receptionist greets you with a genuine smile and a warm hello. Most doctor's offices make you wait well past your appointment time, not Dr. Brunk. I was seen on time, in fact, it was several minutes before my scheduled time. The rest of the appointment went as smooth as can be. Staff member after staff member were all extremely nice and professional. Dr. Brunk answered all my questions. I left my appointment excited about coming back to start working on my smile. Ask yourself, when have you heard anyone tell you they were happy about going to the orthodontist? This was my first visit to the office and I was very satisfied. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by friendly staff, given a tour of the office, and then off for my consult. Everyone treated me as if I had been a patient there for a long time. They took time to explain everything and I feel like they really care about my upcoming new braces. Amazing Results! My son had a severe scooter accident when he was 5 years old that pushed his baby teeth into his gum line and affected his permanent teeth. I was devastated by the physical and emotional aftermath of how my son's mouth looked. Our happy ending is that Dr. Laster transformed my boy's teeth in 6 months. We crack up when the comment on our holiday card is, "Hey, who is the guy flashing the Hollywood smile?" Our friends & family can't believe the incredible difference! Amazing! My experience with Brunk and Laster Orthodontics has far exceeded my expectations. Everyone employeed by them is not only talented, but they are the most friendly and welcoming group of people I have ever encountered in a work environment. My treatment has been very successful and I am more than pleased with the results. In only 19 mpnths they have completely transformed my teeth and my smile. It's never too late to have Dr. Laster and Dr. Brunk perform orthodontic excellence. The experience has been really a painless, productive one for sure. I've had my braces off (ahead of schedule) for a couple of years but the service after is great too. Dr. Laster constructs customer retainers to insure no movement of the teeth and the follow up appointments are quick and helpful. Braces as an adult! My experience was an uneventfle one at best. Any time you are talking about treatment on your teeth, uneventful is a good thing. Even though there were several area's that needed special attention, the staff worked with my specific needs and took into consideration not only the overall outcome but the immediate concerns as well. They were not only sensitive to my needs within my treatment but to my preferences with how the teatmeant would play out. They were attentive to work with my schedule and any questions I had whether it was regarding the billing, scheduling or teatment itself. My experience as an adult has made me very confident in bringing my 9 year old daughter who is being montitored and prepared for her own experience in the next year or two. Excellent Care! Initially, my wife was a patient at Dr. Brunk & Lassiters' Orthodics. She was treated so well that she recommended them to me. The care and treatment that we received has always been excellent. Getting your teeth straightened correctly is never cheap, but they have plans to fit most budgets. I think that all of their patients would agree with my assessment of their practice. From the receptionist to their technicians they all seem to care, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Professional & Friendly Folks! Brunk & Laster has such friendly, caring staff. My daughter enjoys going to her appointments. I have had some scheduling issues due to being a single parent and they have always worked with me; going out of their way to call me if a cancellation comes in to see if I can get there. Just wonderful!!!! From the our initial visit w/ Brunk and Laster Orthodontics our experience was excellent. The staff was awesome and very helpful. They provided all the knowledge we needed from beginning to end. Very informative and understanding. I enjoy coming as well as my mother. My mom referred her co worker who was looking for an orthodontist for herself she is a patient at the Zebulon office.

Brunk and Laster Orthodontics...This orthodontist office goes above and beyond on everything they do. We switched from a previous ortho mid stream. They handled all the finances, showed us a clear path to finish the braces, and made life so much happier for my son. The office staff is always cheery and so helpful. Looking for a great orthodontist and a great office staff? My son has been visiting Brunk and Laster over the past 4 years and now we are starting treatment for my daughter. Besides receiving awesome orthodontic treatment, I can't say enough about how courteous and accomodating the office staff has been to our family. It makes such a difference in a medical setting when people are nice to you and make customer service a priority. Dr. Laster explains everything and makes the procedure easy to understand.
